ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU SIGN
This Enrollment Agreement (the “Agreement”), effective on the date signed below is between Savanna Creative inc. named Savanna, at 6850 Gaylord Parkway Frisco Tx 75034 (“School”), and the applicant.
1. ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE - $600.00 is due upon enrollment or re-enrollment. The annual registration fee is non-refundable. (Parents Association Fee -$250) (Supply Fee - $200 Fall / $200 - Spring) Tuition prices are subject to change. All fees are NON REFUNDABLE.
2. TUITION - Monthly tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month, payments are due on or before close of business the Friday prior to service. If tuition is not paid by 11PM PT the Wednesday immediately following the payment due date, Payments received after the grace period will incur a late fee of $75 per week until the balance is paid in full. If the School is compelled to take legal action to collect unpaid tuition, Parents agree to pay the School’s reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred.
3. TUITION FEES - Tuition fees are non-refundable regardless of absences, holidays, illness, quarantines, vacation, inclement weather days or “Acts of God.” The School will make reasonable efforts to open in inclement weather; however, the School may choose to close at the discretion of the School’s owner. Parents should check their email or the school’s Facebook page for notices regarding closings or delayed openings.
4. VACATION CLAUSE - While we understand the importance of family time, we kindly request that vacations be planned in alignment with the school’s official schedule to minimize missed instructional days. Any absence due to vacations or personal travel remains the responsibility of the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) and will not exempt the family from their financial obligations under this agreement.By signing this contract, the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) agree to adhere to this policy and ensure their commitment to the full tuition payment as outlined.
6. NON - REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION, ENROLLMENT & TUITION FEES
By signing this agreement, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that all registration, enrollment, and tuition fees paid to Savanna Nursery and Private School are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal of the student, cancellation of enrollment, or any other reason, regardless of the length of the child’s enrollment in the school.These fees are required to secure the student’s placement in the program, cover administrative costs, and support operational expenses. The school reserves the right to enforce this policy without exception. By signing below, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this non-refundable clause.
7. RESERVATION OF SCHOOL RIGHTS - The School reserves the right to deny, cancel, or suspend a child’s enrollment at any time, if the School, in its sole discretion, deems such action to be in the best interest of the child or the School. In such event, any unused tuition will be refunded.
8. HOLIDAYS - This School is closed on the following days:
January: Martin Luther king Day
February: Presidents day
March: Spring break ( 1 week)
April: Good Friday
May: Memorial Day
June: PD and start of summer program ( 2 days)
July: independence day
September: Labor Day
October: Columbus Day
November: Thanksgiving (1 week)
December Christmas (2 weeks)
9. LATE PICKUP FEES - The School will open at 8 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m. A fee will be charged for any child not picked up by their scheduled departure time. Late Pick-Up Fee A late pick-up fee will be assessed when a child is left beyond the center’s operating hours. The late pick-up fee does not constitute an agreement to provide after-hours service, nor will the late fee be applied toward tuition. A late pickup fee will be charged as follows: If the child is picked up during a grace period of minutes, there is no late fee. After this grace period has expired, late fees will be applied in 15 minute increments according to the following schedule: After the grace period (if applicable), a late pickup fee of $15 will be charged for the first 15 minutes. A late pickup fee of $15 will be charged for each additional 15 minute increment. This fee schedule will be repeated for each additional hour. Chronic lateness at closing time may be grounds for termination of service.
10. HEALTH POLICY - Children may not attend the School while ill. Children who become ill at school must be picked up immediately; Please refer to the health policy. If the child will be absent, the absence should be reported to the School by 9:00 a.m.
11. OUTSIDE ENGAGEMENTS - Parents agree not to engage employees of the School for outside childcare services (“Outside Engagements”) unless and until Parents and the employee(s) have informed the School’s Director and have signed a release acceptable to the School. Releasees based in whole or in part on, arising out of or related to any Outside Engagements.
The undersigned Parents have received an executed copy of this Agreement and a copy of the Parent Handbook, which includes the health policy referenced in paragraph.
Parents acknowledge that this Agreement is by and between Parents and Savanna Creative inc.
The undersigned Parents understand the terms of this Agreement and agree to be bound by them.
